Microbes can be found almost everywhere on Earth and interact with their environments;therefore, knowledge related to microbes will have high potential scientific and commercial applications.Currently, the existing data related to microbes are scattered into several databases, and the relationships among these data are too complicated, so that many important knowledge related to microbes may be difficult to extract.
