目的 评估以CTX联合ATG为基础预处理方案的异基因造血干细胞移植治疗SAA的疗效.方法 对2003年12月～2015年3月于我院行allo-HSCT的59例SAA患者进行回顾性分析.男38例,女21例,中位年龄23.5岁(6～44岁).53例为亲缘移植(3例同卵双生),6例为非亲缘移植.HLA5/6相合9例,HLA4/6相合5例,HLA3/6相合1例.
