objective: explore chest CT evolution of H1N1 Swine Flu patients in acute period and long term.Method: make a review analysis on 70 patients chest CT evolution(the patients must be those who are diagnosed with H1N1 Swine Flu),and chest imaging features of 40 patients in 5 years and analyze lesion characteristics of CT image(consolidation, fibrosis and air trapping),distribution and scope changes on different time point.Result: Patients with swine flu in acute stage has the most common chest CT which shows ground-glass lesion and accompanying or non-accompanying consolidation.12.5%patients has secondary pulmonary fibrosis in the first week. The median times of air trapping is 55.5 ± 20.6 days. After five years,ground-glass or consolidation area of patients chest CT is completely or mostly relieved. Some patients have a few periappendicitis. Those with air trapping are better than those 5 years ago.And some patients remain a few cystic diseases or periappendicitis. Conclusion: CT displays lung disease evolution of swine flu, which plays an important role in evaluating serious S-OIV.
