Quality management models in education focuses on inculcating abilities in students to demonstrate the stated outcomes of the respective academic programs.This research seeks to identify the critical factors for improving quality of admission process through aligning entry parameters with that of academic programs outcomes.Six Sigma model of quality management i.e.Define,Measure,Analyse,Improve,and Control has been used to improve the quality of admission process.
