Objective To clarify the anatomy of the first toe webbing space for harvest of the second toe in thumb reconstruction.Methods The first dorsal metatarsal artery,the first deep transverse metatarsal ligament and the extensor expansion were observed on 42 adult cadaveric lower extremities.Clinically the method of tracing the first dorsal metatarsal artery around the space of the extensor expansion was used in 36 cases of thumbs reconstruction.

目的 研究激素联合沙利度胺治疗病理为膜性肾病的难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效.方法 选择临床确诊为肾病综合征的患者20 例,均有肾穿刺病理资料,其中不典型膜性肾病(临床未找到继发病因者)10 例,乙型肝炎病毒相关膜性肾病5 例(无乙肝病毒复制HBV-DNA＜1000copies/ml),特发性膜性肾病5 例(Ⅰ期膜性肾病3 例,Ⅱ期膜性肾病2 例).20 例患者初始治疗方案均为足量激素联合环磷酰胺或霉
