　　Purpose: To report a 56 years old male patient with distraction osteogenesisafter mandible block resection because of squamous cell carcinoma of the floor of the mouth and to evaluate the functional and esthetic outcome after rehabilitation with implant-supported intraoral prostheses retained by barclip attachment.
