  Cationic liposome (Lipo) and polyethylenimine (PEI) are widely applied for nonviral gene transfection.In this study,in order to combine the favourable properties of liposome and PEI systems for gene delivery,liposome/polyethylenimine complexes (Lipo/PEI) with different content of PEI (5,10,20and 40 mg in reaction system) were prepared.
