本文通过三维全波仿真分析法,采用等效的K变换器网络,介绍了一种E面鳍线滤波器的设计方法,并利用该方法实现了W频段的6阶带通滤波器。该滤波器工作中心频率是94.5GHz,1d B带宽是2.5GHz,带内插损小于4.5d B。该鳍线滤波器已成功应用于W波段二次变频组件中,对接收支路的镜频和发射支路的带外杂波起到了较好的抑制。
In this paper, a three-dimensional full-wave simulation analysis method, using an equivalent K-converter network, introduces a design method of E-face fin line filter, and the use of this method to achieve a 6-band W-band band-pass filter. The filter center frequency is 94.5GHz, 1d B bandwidth is 2.5GHz, with less than 4.5d band insertion loss. The fin-line filter has been successfully used in the W-band frequency conversion components, the receiving branch of the mirror frequency and the launch of the branch out-band clutter played a better suppression.
