　　Reinsurance is an effective management method which reduces the risk.Stop-toss reinsurance is one of the best forms in reinsurance.In this paper, the model of the stop-loss reinsurance in uncertain environment is given.And we investigate the Theorem of the best size for the retention limit of a stop-loss reinsurance.
