明胶-氧化铅灌注技术被誉为整形外科界皮瓣血管解剖研究的"金标准",但应用此方法研究血管形态亦有不足之处:(1)铅是对人体及环境毒性最大的重金属之一;(2)明胶属于热填充剂,灌注时须将温度控制在40℃左右,操作起来有些麻烦;(3)明胶凝固后弹性差,血管解剖时易拉断.
