本文通过现场试验研究,开发了一种无砂吹填超软土真空预压快速加固工艺,并通过两项工程实例对该工艺进行验证和应用。研究认为滤管排水板连接,埋入泥下20~30 cm作为真空预压抽气排水通道是可行的;排水板间距对超软土真空预压加固效果的影响是敏感的。在天津港某工程二次真空预压加固的浅层加固中采用56 cm排水板间距,使超软基迅速加固,形成满足重型插板机插板的工作界面,真正实现二次无砂真空预压地基加固。
In this paper, through a field test, a rapid vacuum preloading technology for sand-free superfine soft soil was developed. The process was verified and applied by two engineering examples. The study shows that it is feasible to connect the drainage pipe of the filter pipe with 20 ~ 30 cm buried in the mud as the vacuum pre-drainage pumping drainage channel. The effect of the drainage plate spacing on the vacuum preloading consolidation effect of the ultra-soft soil is sensitive. In the shallow reinforcement of secondary vacuum pre-consolidation of a project in Tianjin Port, a 56 cm drainage board spacing was adopted to rapidly reinforce the ultra-soft base to form a working interface that meets the requirements of the heavy-duty flapper board and realizes the secondary vacuum-free Press ground reinforcement.
