Phage display technology has been applied for the identification of specific cellular targets of a given ligand immobilized on supports.R has been widely used in the construction of random peptide library and antibody library.Up till now, most papers about phage displayed cDNA library are focused on the study of protein-protein interactions, and that for the interaction between small molecule probes and phage displayed cDNA library is rather few.
