现代大型高炉在防止大气污染方面,必须从一次除尘系统和二次烟尘控制两方面采取措施解决。一次除尘系统是在高炉出铁场内,将散发烟尘的污染源进行密闭(加盖或罩),然后进行局部抽风,经大型布袋除尘器净化。它的作用是着重解决主沟、撇渣器、铁沟、渣沟、摆动流嘴、主沟修理场,泥炮口和炉顶装料处等产生的烟尘,其控制能力仅占整个出铁场烟气量的50~80%。
Modern large-scale blast furnaces must take measures from the primary dust removal system and secondary smoke control to prevent atmospheric pollution.
