Undoubtedly,the reform speed of enterprise in our country has been rapidly increased with unprecedented intensity,which will inevitably contribute to more and more security risks in the operation of production.That is to say,it’s necessary for us to establish the three-in-one emergency response system,including defending,preventing and rescuing.In particular,it is important to strengthen the safety in production factors: people,and the unique security management of the "psychological vulnerability" (by the author of the recently published research conclusions.See reference 5).And further emphasis on the production places,production process of risk assessment,accords with which result is to succeeding preventing for the top event for the source of governance.Besides,according to people,places and the risk of post operation,it’s necessary to equip with hedge facilities,which aims to avoid open.And it’s helpful to take strict emergency plan management.Frankly speaking,we need quickly tackle with any accidents caused by mistakes in production equipment hidden danger,the defects of enterprise system,the negligence of work procedure and personal work,and even the violation of discipline behavior,which is able to accomplish the maximum of loss pf personnel and assets.
