经尿道钬激光和电切治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效比较

目的 比较经尿道钬激光切除术(HOLRBT)和经尿道电切术(TURBT)治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的效果。方法 65 例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者随机分为2 组，对照组(n=32 例)采用经尿道电切术治疗，观察组(n=33 例)采用经尿道钬激光切除术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、失血量、导尿管留置时间、住院时间、肿瘤复发情况、膀胱穿孔例例数、尿道狭窄例数等指标。
