从四川凉山州采集的烟草根际土壤样品,采用选择培养技术进行功能微生物的筛选分离,主要分析菌株的解磷能力、嗜铁素及IAA的产生.结果表明:从60份土样中分离得到具有解磷能力的菌株组成为:115株细菌、29株真菌、23株放线菌.这些细菌中铁载体阳性菌株为33株,产生IAA浓度≥5ug/ml的菌株为16株.并得到五株综合功能优良的菌株.该菌株已被山东农业微生物菌种资源保藏与利用中心收录,编号为AMCC 1
