Customer Collaborative Product Innovation (CCPI) is an emerging method of innovative product design.The implement of CCPI supports enterprises in developing innovative and market-oriented products so that products will meet customer requirements.The process of CCPI is complex and dynamical.Even though the importance of CCPI has been recognized,its influencing factors have not been widely researched.First of all,in order to identify the main influencing factors in the process of CCPI,the conception,characteristics and functions of CCPI are studied and analyzed by an extensive literature research.Next,based on aforementioned research result and our investigate findings,from four aspects which are individual,organization,technology and environment,influencing factors are found,and influencing factor set is established.Thirdly,by expert evaluating the importance degree of each factor,influencing factors were analyzed by fuzzy cluster.The sequence of importance of influencing factors was given and the critical ones were indicated in this paper.Finally,an example was analyzed to clarify the analysis process in detail.The result is used to help manufacturing enterprises implement CCPI more efficiently and successfully in order to decrease the risk of product innovation,shorten the cycle of product development and strengthen their competitive advantages.
