采用超声阵列检测技术分别对多厚度蒙皮与粘接复合材料两种典型结构进行了试验研究,并对比分析了超声阵列检测技术和常规超声的检测能力。试验结果表明:超声阵列检测通过采集渡越时间或幅度两种信号分别进行C扫描成像,一次扫查即可完成多厚度蒙皮和粘接复合材料的检测。在达到常规超声检测能力的前提下,超声阵列检测效率远高于常规超声检测,适用于大型平面或曲面复合材料的快速检测。
