REQUIREMENTS are(1)Integrated technologies(GIS,ortho-images,GPS,mobile devices,…)and(2)cooperating stakeholders(public(Ministry,regional-local administration,advisory organizations,subsidy organizations,chambers,land consolidation units,R&D,education)and private(farmers,cooperatives,agro banks,agro-insurance,certification-and control organizations,supply agencies,logistics,food–feed industry)and an(3)infrastructure of ortho-images plus weather-information plus feed-soil-manure lab analysis that is able to support all stakeholders gives a win-win situation and a boost for the management of agriculture,forestry,environment and risks and optimized economic and ecologic output and increased values of a better managed land.
