CulnSe2 alloy acting as the absorption layer of solar cells displayed high photoelectricity conversation rate.The precursor film of Cu-In alloy was electrodeposited on the copper substrate,and then was treated with vacuum annealing in selenium atmosphere to obtain CuInSe2 film.The structure of CuInSe2 alloy was measured with XRD,and the morphologies were observed using SEM and XRD.The influences of sodium citrate on the chemical composition and structure of Cu-In film were investigated.The effects of Cu-In alloy precursor film structure on CuInSe2 film characteristics were analyzed.The results indicated that the content of sodium citrate could change the electrodeposition rate of Cu-In alloy,and corresponded to change the chemical composition and structure of the alloy film.The features of CuInSe2 film were intensely affected with the structure of Cu-In alloy.The surface of CuInSe2 film was uniform and compact,and was a kind of Chalcopyrite structure.
