Heck reaction, the carbon-carbon cross coupling of aryl halides and olefins, has become a vital tool in modem chemistry with ability to synthesize various compounds in both laboratory and industry especially for uses in polymerization process, UV screening, hydrocarbon process,enantioselective synthesis of natural product and many active pharmaceutical ingredients [1].In recent years, various Pd (Ⅱ) catalysts coordinated with phosphine, nitrogen or sulfanyl ligands have been developed for the efficient cross-coupling reactions [2-3].These catalysts, however, are homogeneous and cause difficulties in purification of the final product, recycle of the catalyst, and rapid deactivation through aggregation into Pd (0) nanopartcles [4].
