　　Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bolster for self-replacement combined with Percutaneous Vertebroplasty(PVP)in treatment of vertebral compression fractures.Methods:From August 2006 to August 2007,26 cases of this kind of disease were replaced through bolster gradually,then unilateral transpedicular approach were performed under X-Ray fluoroscopic guidance,a total of 3~8.5ml bone cement was injected.Twenty-nine verte-broplasties were completed.
