国内很多6度、7度地震区发生了较大的地震甚至特大地震,部分地区的地震烈度超过设防大震烈度1~4度。砌体结构是我国房屋的主要结构形式之一,在巨震中破坏、倒塌严重。本文通过震害分析和地震逃生分析对2010版抗规7.3.8条进行了讨论,得到以下主要结论:对于砌体结构,加强地震逃生通道(楼梯间)是有必要的,然而孤立的避难间(安全岛)难以满足地震逃生的需要,一个完整的地震避难逃生系统才能满足地震逃生的需要;初步给出了住宅和教学楼的地震避难单元布置建议,并对其他不同功能的房屋给出了避难单元的设置原则。
In many domestic 6th and 7th degree earthquake areas, large earthquakes and even extreme earthquakes occurred, and the seismic intensity in some areas exceeded the intensity of fortified earthquake by 1 to 4 degrees. In this paper, we discuss the 2010 version 7.3.7 with the seismic damage analysis and the earthquake escape analysis. The main conclusions are as follows: For the masonry structure, it is necessary to strengthen the escape route (stairwell), however, the isolated shelter (Safety island) can not meet the needs of earthquake escape. A complete earthquake refuge escape system can meet the needs of earthquake escape. The suggestions of the layout of earthquake refuge units in residential buildings and teaching buildings are given, and shelters of other buildings with different functions are given Unit setting principle.
