In this paper,the case of Laoting countys Qingchun square is studied by using the POE method.Through the methods of observe the square users of all types of activities,and informal interview with the people to understand the usage of the square.After that,analyzed the information obtained from the research,and put forward to countermeasures and suggestions about it.The study could be used to guiding how to build a good square environment,helpful to enhance the cultural image of city square,giving aid to the designer or management to reference for the similar squares.Due to the square post-occupancy evaluation is still in the exploratory stage,the research contents involved has certain limitation.Further researches are still needed.Given as an important cultural square,the Qingchun square,plays an important role in literature and art,cultural activities.Itll be Laoting countys image card.We hope this work could do something for Qingchun square,at least can providing the improvement of service facilities and management level a certain basis.
