基于结构变异的香猪抗病基因的资源挖掘

【摘要】

：

香猪作为贵州地方特色猪种，以肉质香嫩、基因纯合、富含微量元素、纯净无污染等独特优点而著称，具有良好的经济效应。与此同时，香猪适应性好、抗病力强、耐粗饲，故而挖掘香猪的抗病基因具有重要的意义。基因组水平的结构变异能够影响基因的功能，以致影响个体表型性状，在物种进化中也起着重要作用。
