　　The SEER(Seasonal Efficiency Energy Ratio)and SCOP(Seasonal Coefficient of Performance)considering yearly usage distribution are used as efficiency indicators of air conditioners and heat pumps.These seasonal efficiency values fit the current trend better than previous values such as EER and COP because they reflect the trend of usage of cooling and heating devices without seasonal distinctions.
