在中国商飞部装厂房3万m2焊接球屋盖整体提升的施工过程中,运用MIDAS Gen 7.80版本软件对柔性提升方法中的4根钢丝绳进行了受力分析。分析表明4根绳中,有一根绳长有微小的变化都会造成提升系统的较大变化。通过大量的计算与分析得出了合理的绳长变化度和施工的精度结合点。该方法能为同类工程钢结构工程的构件的加工和安装提供指导。
During the construction of the whole 30,000 m2 welding ball roof of Shangfang’s assembly plant in China, four steel wire ropes in the flexible lifting method were subjected to force analysis by using MIDAS Gen 7.80 software. Analysis shows that of the four ropes, slight changes in the length of one of the ropes can result in large changes in the lift system. Through a large number of calculation and analysis, a reasonable combination point of rope length variation and construction accuracy is obtained. The method can provide guidance for the processing and installation of components of similar engineering steel structure engineering.
