Field-effect transistors are deemed as the fundamental building blocks for the applications of the state-of-the art electronic devices.Especially, the concept of Neuron MOS (vMOS) transistor has been proposed and explored for simplifying the CMOS circuits.Such device calculates weighted sum of all input signals at the gate level, and controls the "on" and "off" states of the transistor.The unique feature of the neuron transistor is the low power dissipation due to the gate-level sum operation in a voltage mode using the capacitive coupling effect.However, there are almost no reports on the neuron transistors for transparent electronics applications.
