the paper describes issues in the talent cultivation with "school-Enterprise cooperation".The paper identifies kinds of achievements in practical reform in high vocational colleges, and lists different types on the cultivation of undergraduate with "school-Enterprise cooperation" on other countries.It sorts out the basic ideas of talent cultivation with School-Enterprise cooperation in local application Undergraduate in logistics.The paper gives a detailed integration planning from the view of teachers, student, Professional theories and technologies, teaching planning and Laboratory.It builds detailed frame between university and business correspondently in these areas, and concludes the basic ideas of school-enterprise cooperation in applied logistics Undergraduate.Finally, in the implementation of the "school-Enterprise cooperation" which is the representative of the personnel training reform, the paper gives reform initiatives of "school-Enterprise cooperation" in Logistics Management major from, and brings mode additional recommendations.
