Objective: To discuss the application of fast track surgery strategy using RCT in gynecology field.Methods: 120 patients with uterus myoma and ovarian cyst, from our hospital between January 2009 and October 2011 were selected in the research, using inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria.All the patients were randomized into FTS and TCP groups, with 60 in FTS and 56 in TCP.FTS group were treated by fast track surgery strategy; TCP group by clinical path guide published in 2009 of shanghai.Results: Between the two groups: FTS (N=60) and TCP (n=56), there were no statistic difference in the demography data and surgery related data (P>0.05).In intestines function recover time [Borborygmus after surgery (1.95±0.54)d,(2.46±0.93)d,P=0.032], start feeding time [liquid start time (1.25±0.54)d,(2,23 ±0,61)d,P=] and hospital stay time after surgery [(6.63±2.14)d,(8.08 4-4.51)d], FTS group was superior to TCP group (P<0.05).There were no statistic difference of ostoperative complication (P>0.05) (incision infection in 1 and 3 cases, lung infection in 2 and 2 cases, vaginal bleeding in 0 and 1 case, operation after surgery in 0 and 1 case).No delay were found for FTS group in postoperative stress reaction, ambulation time, urination time, wound healing time; hospital stay and fee obviously decreased.Conclusion: FTS method can decrease the pain and complications for gynecology surgery and fast the patients recovery.It was feasible and safe for clinical use.
