  人月球车主结构主要用来承载设备,满足发射段、奔月段和月面巡视段的强度和刚度要求。发射时,月球车一般安装在着陆器的顶端,所以承受的振动载荷较大,为一般航天器的7-9倍。在月面巡视阶段还有承受颠簸载荷。月球表面超高真空、大温差也对月球车的设计提出较高的要求;通过轻量化设计和制造、复合材料的大量运用,以较轻的质量来满足要求,并成功应用于"月兔号"月球车。
