【摘 要】
:
黄芪素(Baicalein)又名黄芩苷元,对多种疾病包括炎症、肿瘤、纤维化性疾病、心脑血管性疾病以及神经性疾病具有良好的防治作用1-2.由于黄芩素水溶性和脂溶性比较差,在一定程度上限制黄芩素的临床应用范围.因此,本文以黄芩素为先导化合物对其进行结构修饰,采用拼合原理将具有抗炎、镇痛活性药物布洛芬与黄芩素进行拼合,改善黄芩素的脂溶性,并提高黄芩素的抗炎活性,期望扩大黄芩素临床应用范围.
