基于SAP2000的MEEP强度计算与优化

旋转电极式电除尘器是燃煤电厂粉尘治理主流设备之一.作为大跨度较复杂的钢结构件,对旋转电极式电除尘器进行了整机强度计算和优化.通过有限元软件SAP2000建立常规经验设计的旋转电极式电除尘器整机模型,导入中国钢结构规范;分析显示动态特性良好,对整机钢结构规范进行了校核显示总体应力比符合要求,但存在分布不均,有较大的结构优化空间;通过整机分析,寻找过强或过弱的零件,对其设定为由若干个型号组成的待选型材

本文针对干式电除尘器所面临的环境标准不断升级的趋势和现实,介绍了在役水泥窑头电除尘器运用MEC技术实现环境升级的案例,提出了干式电除尘器实现环境升级的一体化改造方案——电除尘器MEC技术,并根据技术升级后电除尘器关键参数与传统选型设计参数产生的逆差,创造性地提出了选型设计关键参数的变换和选型步骤更新的设想.最后指出:在进一步挖掘电除尘器空间潜力的前提下,干式电除尘器实现超低排放无需大幅增加除尘空间
