目的:对近年来国内发表的中西医结合治疗内因性葡萄膜炎的临床报道文献进行统计分析并加以质量评价,以期了解中西医结合治疗内因性葡萄膜炎的临床研究现况。方法:计算机检索CNK I中国期刊全文数据库(W eb版),VIP中文科技期刊数据库(W eb版)。结果:共采集27篇相关文献,疾病诊断标准繁杂;疗效判定不一致;大多数文献缺少纳入、排除标准;1篇文献采用单盲法;针对该病具有反复发作的特点,仅有部分文献具有追踪随访;部分文献提到了不良反应。结论:根据检索到的文献加以分析总结,我们的临床科研能力还有待提高,还应结合研究对象的基本特点予与试验设计,同时中西医结合治疗内因性葡萄膜炎的临床质量评价尚需凭借严谨的科研态度,运用大样本、偏倚可能性较小的质量评价和正确的统计学方法完善论证。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze and evaluate the quality of clinical reports on the treatment of endogenous uveitis by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in recent years in order to understand the clinical research status of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of endogenous uveitis. Methods: CNK I Chinese Journal Full-text Database (W eb version), VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database (W eb version) were searched by computer. Results: A total of 27 related literatures were collected, and the diagnostic criteria of the disease were complicated. The curative effect was not consistent. Most of the literatures lacked inclusion and exclusion criteria. One article used single-blinded method. Only some of the articles had tracing Follow-up; some references mentioned adverse reactions. Conclusions: According to the retrieved literature to be analyzed and summarized, our clinical research capabilities have yet to be improved, but should also be combined with the basic characteristics of the study object to the experimental design, combined with Integrative Medicine clinical quality evaluation of endogenous uveitis still need to rely on Rigorous research attitude, the use of large samples, the possibility of bias less likely to improve the quality of evaluation and statistical methods to demonstrate.
