目的:研究蜘蛛香Valeriana jatamansi的化学成分。方法:通过各种色谱手段(Silica gel、ODS、HPLC)对蜘蛛香甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定了4个含氯元素的环烯醚萜类化合物,分别为rupesin B(1)、chlorovaltrate(2)、volvaltrates B(3)、1,5-dihydroxy-3,8-epoxyvalechlorine A(4)。结论:化合物1~3为首次从植物蜘蛛香中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Valeriana jatamansi. Methods: The extracts of spider fragrance methanol were separated and purified by various chromatographic methods (Silica gel, ODS, HPLC). The structures of the compounds were determined by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and other spectroscopic techniques. Results: Four Iridoid compounds were isolated and identified as rupesin B (1), chlorovaltrate (2), volvaltrates B (3), 1,5-dihydroxy-3,8-epoxyvalechlorine A (4). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 3 were isolated from plant spider incense for the first time.
