Counter Current Chromatography (CCC) is developed in the early 1970s as a separation instrument [1].This technology is a no-solid support chromatography,and the stationary phase is the suitable liquid phase which depends on the separation demands.With the liquid stationary phase,there are no substances lost in the separation process,so this method is suit well for the separation of natural produces [2] to get purified activity components.In this paper,the method is used to purify the activity components for the traditional Chinese medicine.
