目的:探讨金丹活性部位对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠c-fos mRNA表达的影响。方法:将金丹活性部位对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠进行干预,应用RT-PCR法检测大鼠心肌c-fos mRNA表达的变化。结果:与模型组比较,各治疗组c-fos mRNA的表达均有明显下降,水洗脱组c-fos mRNA的表达降低明显(P<0.05);预处理组与60%乙醇洗脱组c-fos mRNA的表达降低最为明显(P<0.01)。结论:金丹60%乙醇洗脱组分与水洗脱组分可能通过下调c-fos mRNA表达而发挥对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of saponins active site on the expression of c-fos mRNA in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: The active site of Jindan was used to intervene in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. The expression of c-fos mRNA in myocardium was detected by RT-PCR. Results: Compared with the model group, the expression of c-fos mRNA in each treatment group decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the expression of c-fos mRNA in water-elution group decreased significantly The decrease of -fos mRNA expression was the most significant (P <0.01). Conclusions: The extract of 60% ethanol and eluted water may play a protective role in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by down-regulating the expression of c-fos mRNA.
