水泥行业是继火力发电、机动车尾气行业之后的第三大氮氧化物(NOx)排放大户.采用选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝法或选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝法进一步降低NOx排放是非常有效的途径.对于SNCR工艺来说,少量的氨逃逸给环境带来二次污染,也增加了脱硝成本.而对于SCR工艺来说,催化剂活性的降低会带来氨逃逸等一系列问题.宝莱尔(Polymer Tech.)脱硝增效剂适用于SNCR与SCR工艺,解决脱硝活性不高和氨逃逸等问题,降低运行成本.
