  As one of the crucial down-hole motors,turbodrill were widely used in oil and gas drilling and geological drilling.The turbine blades provided the power for the turbodrill,so the cross-sectional profile of turbine blade is the fatal design factor which is of great influence on the performance of turbodrill.In this paper,the bionic non-smmoth turbine blade was designed and the coupled fluid-structure analysis was done by using FEM software.The curve of turbine blade of turbodrill was designed by Matlab,and the 3D drawing was created based on the curve.
