1研究背景及目的据教育部公布的数据显示,目前高等院校中开设日语专业的已达506所。日语教育的发展离不开日语教师,日语教育质量的不稳定,是因为受到了生源问题、教师专业素质等多方面因素的影响。从教师自身的原因来考虑,许多青年教师,虽然日语能力没有问题,但是因为缺乏教育理论、教育教学的知识、经验积累也不够,所以导致了高校日语教师,尤其是青年教师的教师专业水准有所欠缺,因此日语教师专业化提升是一个亟须解决的关键问题。
1 Research Background and Purpose According to the data released by the Ministry of Education, at present there are 506 Japanese universities open to the public. Japanese education is inseparable from the development of Japanese teachers, the quality of Japanese education is not stable, because of students have been the problem, the professional qualities of teachers and other factors. Considering from teachers’ own reasons, many young teachers have no problem in Japanese ability but lack of knowledge of education theory and education because of their lack of experience in Japanese teaching. As a result, the professional standards of Japanese teachers in colleges and universities, especially young teachers, Therefore, the professional improvement of Japanese teachers is a key issue to be solved urgently.
