ADSCs contribute to vascular remodeling.To clarify whether ADSCs might be useful for AAA, we designed the following experiment.SMCs from the destructive aortic tissues were co-cultured with or without ADSCs for 96 h in vitro.Gene expression of elastin in SMCs was measured.The murine destructive aortic tissues were cultured with or without ADSCs for 21 days, followed by measurement of MMP enzyme activity and elastin content.
