Both neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorder are common and severe CNS diseases with symptom similarity and comorbidity;however,the underlying biological processes across these disorders remain largely unclear.In this case,we performed a systematic and comprehensive study focusing on the causative genes and their interaction information related to typical diseases of neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorder to uncover the potential common molecular mechanisms among these diseases.
