　　Objective To investigate the optimal anti-proliferative drugs of human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7,MDA-MB-231 and SK-BR-3 from the total extracts of Euphorbia fischeriana and their monomers,to observe their effects on the cell cycle and apoptosis of three human breast cancer cell lines,and to preliminarily study of its mechanism.

目的 探讨仪器粪便转铁蛋白试验(TF)和粪便隐血试验(OB)联合检测对肿瘤患者胃肠道出血检出率的影响。方法 收集我院2018 年11 月肿瘤患者粪便标本3753 例，使用AVE562 自动检测仪器进行粪便转铁蛋白、粪便隐血试验联合检测。回顾性收集2018 年5 月肿瘤患者标本3513 例的手工粪便隐血检测结果，统计两者的检出率。
