Chinese ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer), have a long history of use and widespread research in the world.Due to the scarcity of resources and high prices, its important to improve the bioavailability of ginseng.In the review, we chose the Chinese white ginseng and milled their powders into the white ginseng powders (WGP,100mesh, 150±6.6tm) into the nanoscale white ginseng particles (NWGP, 500-600rim) by planetary ball mill.
