　　Via protein homology research,Slr0351 has be found to be highly similar to Slr0853,a phycobiliprotein lyase in Synechocystis sp.PCC 6803.Therefore ⊿slr0351 was constructed when slr0351 was knocked out by replacing slr0351 with kanamycin gene in Synechocystis sp.PCC 6803.
