  Accumulating evidences illustrate that hypoxia is an common microenvironment characteristic in tumor,which is involved in poor prognosis and intrinsic resistance to cancer treatment.Currently,nanocarrier as a promising targeted drug delivery system has been frequently used to improve the development of drug resistance.Although the implement of nanotechnology could selectively enhance drugs accumulation at the diseased regions,this therapy strategy is not sufficient to overcome the absence of oxygen.Herein,we designed aptamer conjugated chitosan/liposomes nanoparticle complexes containing erlotinib and fluorocarbon to selectively target lung cancer cells and help deliver more oxygen to tumor tissue.
