  Electrochromic device (ECD) technology is recognized as a key green sustainable technology for reducing energy consumption by regulating the indoor light.1,2 ECDs utilize electrochromic (EC) materials which are capable of the ability to vary their optical properties such as transmittance, reflectance and absorbance reversibly under external voltage.The stability of ECD is critical for practical application which is mostly based on the properties of EC materials.
