本文针对冶金工业烧结尾气气量大、成分复杂、SO2浓度高的特点,选择可再生有机胺脱硫技术对其进行脱硫处理.研究并获得了专利吸收剂1,4-二(2-羟丙基)哌嗪(HPP),针对烧结尾气的特征开展了工艺研究,确定影响因素,设计了喷雾除尘-吸收脱硫-解吸再生的工艺流程.经过两年工业应用,脱硫效率稳定在99%以上,出口SO2浓度可控制低于100mg/Nm3,脱硫成本约3300元/吨SO2,抵消硫酸产值后脱硫成本约2950元/吨SO2.有机胺HPP脱硫效率高、不产生二次污染、经济性适中,适用于高浓度、大气量工业烟气处理。
