某高层结构地上36层,建筑总高度接近150m,主楼与纯地下室连成一体,置于同一个基础筏板上。主楼核心筒与其外围框架、主楼与纯地下室之间荷载差异大,地基基础须同时满足承载力和地基变形控制要求。本文从地基基础选型入手,着重介绍了后注浆钻孔灌注桩设计、桩筏基础与地基土相互作用分析、试验桩数据分析、沉降变形计算分析与观测数据等,为较高的高层建筑基础设计积累了经验,对类似工程设计有参考意义。
A high-rise structure on the ground 36, the total height of the building close to 150m, the main building and pure basement into one, placed in the same basic raft. The difference of load between the core building of the main building and its peripheral frame and between the main building and the pure basement is large.
