Gene signatures of metastasis could be population specific.Precision cancer therapy focuses on ethnic groups and individual patients.Here we applied big datasets based comparative protein-protein interaction maps to screen the potential prognosis markers of metastasis and drug targets for Asian prostate cancer(PCa)patients.Genes that are overexpressed or underexpressed with at least two-fold change in metastatic PCa as compared to primary tumor were collected from twenty-five studies(microarray datasets).
